In this dynamic role, you’ll keep facilities in top shape while supporting a variety of essential tasks:
Be a Key Player: Work alongside engineering teams to maintain and repair building systems.
Showcase Your Skills: Handle general maintenance tasks like painting, pressure cleaning, minor plumbing, and locksmith work.
Deliver Excellence: Address tenant service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Light Up the Workplace: Maintain lighting systems, replacing bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Keep Things Running: Conduct interior maintenance, including hanging pictures, repairing furniture, and ensuring everything is in tip-top condition.
Stay Ahead of Issues: Perform property inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and propose solutions to any hazards.
Be a Team Player: Assist with special projects like moving furniture and equipment.
Grow Your Expertise: Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to enhance your skills.
What You Bring:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry in a commercial or industrial setting. (Not Residential)
Education: Trade school, union training, military service, or college coursework preferred.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders up to 30 feet, and performing hands-on tasks.
Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to every task.

Pay Details: $27.14 per hour
