Principal Accountabilities 

Conduct regular inspections of all production equipment, identify and diagnose problems, and perform repairs as necessaryKeep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs and develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipmentWork with production teams to ensure equipment is installed, calibrated, and maintained according to industry standards and safety regulationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsInstall, adjust, and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyors, and packaging equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to troubleshoot, program, and replace Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs and Panel View HMIsStrong electrical troubleshooting skills


Preferred Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain X-rays, metal detectors and scalesDemonstrate how to troubleshoot Pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical with schematicsOperating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etcUtilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical, motor, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsModifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
