Presbyterian Homes & Services - Lexington Landing is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician with part time housekeeping and driver responsibilities included, for its team.  

 

SCHEDULE/HOURS:  Monday - Friday 8a-2:30p with some flexibility (occasional evening and weekends) 32 hours per week (optional schedule 4, 8-hour days)

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
