We are looking for a talented Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team! **Primary Duties:** + Performs general facility repairs, upkeep and improvements as needed and directed. + Performs general carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and building projects as needed and directed. + Engages in troubleshooting, modifications and improvements of facilities. + Performs required Haz-Mat functions such as chemical inventory, and waste-water treatment and accurate record keeping of wastes. + Operates wastewater evaporator. + Changes oil, oil filters, air filters, lubricate and check fluid levels in all manufacturing such as lift trucks, casting machines and molding machines. + Replaces filters in HVAC units. + Builds pallets, crates, tables and wooden fixtures. + Operates a variety of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, measuring tools and other maintenance equipment. + Assists other maintenance personnel. + Other duties as assigned. **Desired Training, Skills and Experience:** o perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
