PRIMARY FUNCTION: 

 

The Maintenance Technician–HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) performs skilled preventive maintenance works, repairs, installation, troubleshooting and modification on a wide variety of mechanical and condition monitoring of all HVAC equipment.

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:   

 

Receives instruction from Maintenance Supervisor–HVAC on his area in carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

A.     FORMAL EDUCATION:

 

At least Technical school graduate, preferably Engineering (HVAC, Electrical) graduate.

 

B.     EXPERIENCE:  

 

C.     SKILLS:

 

             MENTAL – Mechanical and electrically inclined, analytical, can easily understand instruction.

 

         MANUAL - Refrigeration technician, metal worker,  knowledgeable in electrical and instrumentation concepts

 

INTERPERSONAL - Gets along with others, cooperative.
