Overview

Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Maintains all manufacturing and facility equipment for optimum performance and reliability. Conducts daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual PMs as scheduled by TDW Maintenance Management SystemDiagnoses causes of problems, replaces or repair defective components, and testsTests electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, and defective parts and replaces or repairs to suite.Uses variety of power and hand tools, material handling equipment and electric meters in performing duties.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Performs minor plumbing maintenancePerforms minor painting, carpentry and masonry workResponds immediately, as requested, to safety concerns. Implement immediate containment to protect people, products, and the facility,Implements permanent corrective action within an agreed upon time,Works with plant safety teams, as required, to implement preventives measures,Adheres to TDW HSE guidelines and lock-out/tag-out procedures are followed while performing maintenance and repair of equipment.Drives continuous improvement by utilizing existing and new preventive and predictive maintenance tools,Identifies chronic machine/equipment issues and works with the team to prevent recurrence 

Experience

Minimum 1 year working experience in facility/manufacturing maintenanceCompletion of high school education

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic understanding electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentryBasic computer skills: Windows, Internet Explorer
