Maintenance Technician II - Cleveland, OH, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotational weekends
Pay range: $22.10+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Position ensures that the facilities are kept in good repair and working order.
Responsibilities: Serves as electrician in repairing basic electrical malfunctions of a minor nature and installing new equipment. May work as a plumber in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems; and in opening clogged drains. Acts as a carpenter in the alternation, repair, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures, and furniture. May operate hand saw, planer, joiner, shaper, table saw, wood lathe, drill press, sanding machine, router, and electric drill. Will maintain tools and machinery in good condition and use all tools carefully and as instructed. May perform minor repairs to air conditioning system as directed and see to general maintenance of system. Provides follow-up on all quality control issues. Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

Ability to stand and work for long periods of time. Frequent walking and/or standing.Knowledge:
