Primary Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain relay logic circuits, starters, motors, electrical metering devices, and electrical measuring devices
Fabricates and installs metallic and non-metallic conduit, buss duct, and wire raceway
Design and build various control panels
Draw schematics
Lubricates electrical motors
Use multi-meters, leggers, amp probes, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electrical/electronic test equipment in the performance of their duties
Troubleshoot and repair various electronic components as needed
Repair circuit boards and electronic components as needed
Troubleshoot and repair programmable controllers, NC, CNC, radio-controlled devised and DNC machine tools and equipment
Contain and clean up jobsites
Adapt new methods and procedures as required
Assist other skilled classifications as needed
Perform predictive maintenance checks
Operate production and non-production equipment and machine tools as required in the performance of their duties
Perform preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, and adjustments
Participate in additional training related to work
Operate material handling equipment, cranes, hoists, and man lifts, as instructed in the Plant Safety Rules and according to OSHA standards
Maintain equipment and working area in a clean and orderly manner
Perform all duties with the highest standard of productivity and quality
Meet all standards for safety, production, and quality

Required Skills:
Ability to work with your hands

Ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic (shop math), and comprehensive skills
Proven proficiency using shop tools (grinders, plasma cutters, etc)

Required Education/Experience:
5+ years of manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Forklift experience
Electrical experience
Multicraft experience
Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Work is scheduled Monday through Saturday. Shifts are 8 hours with multiple shifts. Employees MUST be flexible and may be required to change shifts.
