What you'll do:

Assist other maintenance employees in troubleshooting issues with machines and equipment plant-widePerform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on all sorts of machines and equipmentIn depth working knowledge of common controls architecture including Keyence and Sacmi vision systems, PLC, HMI, Drive controller softwareAble to restore operating systems of common controls architecture including vision, communication, PLC, HMI and Drive controller softwareAssist in developing machine and work cell reliability projects, conducts machine and equipment audits, compiles associated parts and task list

What you'll need to have:

High school diploma or equivalent7- 10 years industrial plant maintenance experience or successful completion of Technical Schools or classes supporting electrical, electronic troubleshooting and repairs advanced training levels of hydraulic function, trouble shooting and repairMechanical aptitude and problem solving requiredDocumented demonstration of knowledge and performance of the job to the satisfaction of the Maintenance ManagerExcellent personal leadership and organizational skillsProficient computer skills to include MS Office and Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of CMMS .
