A Maintenance Technician IV – Automation, is primarily responsible for the operation, troubleshooting and control of building management systems/equipment in accordance with required operating specifications. The incumbent will also be responsible for performing detailed maintenance (PM/CM) on BAS related controls equipment. The individual in this role will operate, assemble, install, calibrate, troubleshoot, dismantle, and repair all types of domestic, commercial, and industrial control equipment associated to; HVAC, Refrigeration, Chiller/Cooling Tower, Electrical, and other plant mechanical equipment.
