Job Purpose
The Level 2 Industrial PM Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. This role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, ensuring equipment runs efficiently, and minimizing downtime. Trouble shoot and repair in an intensive, industrial environment. Provide internal customer support, perform analytical troubleshooting, provide training / education to other technicians. Collect analyze and perform trend analysis on equipment downtime/frequency/problem data, guide other technicians or support personnel in repair efforts, assist in procurement of equipment, repair parts and provide overall support for all aspects of the manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate worklogs of work carried out. Complete all the training courses required. Work irregular and extended hours as needed to support the maintenance department and operations. The duties and schedule may be amended at the discretion of management at any time to reflect business conditions or requirements at MCCFC.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Carry out planned breakdown maintenance as requested by the maintenance or production supervisors.
2. Complete an accurate log of all work carried out with detailed descriptions of the problem and corrective action taken,
3. Attend all required internal and external technical training classes.
4. Work in a safe manner with particular attention to the correct use of PPE & LOTO procedures, confined space restrictions, and hot work requirements.
5. Satisfactorily complete all training required by OSHA, DOT, Count hazardous waste department, and the local fire department.
6. Provide training to new employees and skill block personnel as required by management.
7. Follow the personal conduct code as written the employee handbook.
8. During plant shutdowns employees may be required to work irregular and extended hours. May be required to wear full face respirators or fresh air masks.
9. Knowledgeable of basic computer skills and software.
10. Always exhibit exemplary conduct in dealing with other MCCFC employees and any outside contacts. Contribute to a healthy, positive, and safe environment. Promote self as a team player.
11. May be assigned and be expected to perform to acceptable standards, any other relevant related duties as required by management .
12. May be required to workdays or nights, 8- or 12-hour shifts.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
1. 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

+ **The range for this position is $33.00/hour with a 10% shift differential. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
