Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a? Facilities Technician ?to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in? Mesa, AZ t o support manufacturing operations and support groups by performing both routine maintenance tasks and unplanned maintenance requests under the supervision of more experienced technicians. Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities: + Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts. + Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks. + Conduct routine inspections and report issues. + Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures. + Maintain and organize tools and equipment. + Document maintenance activities and update logs as required. Competencies: + Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures. + Good communication and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to learn and follow instructions. + Ability to work under supervision. Education & Experience: + High school diploma or equivalent. + No prior experience required. Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. + Ability to climb ladders. + Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods. + Ability to work at heights. + Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. + Occasionally work in awkward positions.
