Supports the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals. + Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship. + Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives. **Education and/or Experience** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, temperature controls, welding, and hardware troubleshooting is required. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Valid Driver’s License required. **Work Schedule** + 7:30am-4:00pm, weekends as needed, holidays as needed, call time as needed; PRN (as needed) **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. + $19.00 - $23.50 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
