Perform preventative maintenance schedule of company equipment including electrical, mechanical, control devices, instrumentation, welding, replacing motors, robotics repairs, etc. for assigned siteAssist with coordinating equipment downtime to perform necessary repairs and maintenance in conjunction with site leadership teamLead, administer, and assign all site maintenance activitiesEnsure equipment inspections are being documented and completed as required during on/off peak seasonsWork cohesively with maintenance team, site leadership team, and third-party personnelOwn repair budget and support repair calendar annuallyManage vendor relations with contractors, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors Ensure compliance of site-specific permits when maintenance work is required in key areas (hot work, work from heights)Establish site grounds program (snow removal, lawn care, irrigation) in conjunction with site leadership teamAssist with developing a comprehensive reporting system to ensure PM data is collected and utilized to drive understanding of useful life of equipment (leverage system capabilities to support maintenance)Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and Syngenta HSE policies and employee code of conduct.
