Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm Location: Foxboro, MA Required: Willingness to travel. We are looking for a team member who has a:  + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or Trade School experience required. + 5-8 years of general maintenance experience preferred. + Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems. + Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. + Familiarity with technology such as tablets and basic computer programs. + Trade certifications/licensure (e.g., Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – CAMT) is a plus. Physical Requirements: + Moderate travel required. + Must have the ability to sit, walk, climb stairs, and bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently. + Must be able to regularly talk and hear, handle or feel objects with hands, and reach with arms. + Ability to maintain hand-arm steadiness during manual tasks and see details at close range. + Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds. + Willingness to work in varying conditions, including heat, wind, snow, and rain. In this Maintenance Technician role, you'll get to: + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, decorating, and maintaining interior/exterior spaces. + Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs. + Support lawn care, snow removal, and lighting replacement. + Assist with minor roof repairs, furniture relocation, and other general upkeep. + Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during and outside of normal working hours. + Collaborate with contractors or vendors as needed. + Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing duties.
