**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the main Assembly Plant in Warren, MI. They will be the sole Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift, responsible for maintaining the assembly line and ensuring its continuous operation. The role requires efficient troubleshooting and smart working practices. **Responsibilities** + Use power tools + Perform light electrical troubleshooting on 480V systems + Replace plugs and check for sensors + Handle low voltage electrical tasks, including using a volt meter + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical motors and gears on assembly lines + Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing oil and fixtures + Troubleshoot pneumatic screen guns + Adjust and replace assembly components + Perform PLC troubleshooting, including connecting a laptop to the PLC for engineering use **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma + Proficiency with power tools + Experience with light electrical troubleshooting on 480V systems + Ability to replace plugs and check for sensors + Familiarity with low voltage electrical tasks + Skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical motors and gears + Experience in preventive maintenance + Knowledge of adjustments and replacement of assembly components + PLC troubleshooting skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with AB PLC troubleshooting + Familiarity with Fanuc or Sepro Robots + Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic screen guns **Why Work Here?** This is a growing company that offers a clean and organized work environment with great benefits and incentives. It employs 1100 people across 3 shifts with 9 maintenance technicians in the paint plant. The maintenance area is large and clean, equipped with AC, a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.
