**Join the Super Team!** Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, is a **successful, growing** manufacturing company with a **new** headquarters in Mukwonago, WI and nationwide rental store facilities. We have been designing and manufacturing high-quality **vacuum truck equipment** since 1973 that include the most innovative features available in the market. **This is a temporary, summer position paying $20/hour.** The base hours are 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday. **Position Summary** Under the direction of the maintenance supervisor, you will assist our maintenance staff in project-based work that supports the upkeep and improvement of our manufacturing facility and grounds. **Essential Functions of the Job** + Perform general facility maintenance tasks as directed + Organize, maintain and clean materials, tools and maintenance supplies + Assist with painting and surface preparation throughout the facility + Support landscaping and grounds activities such as raking, mulching, watering and clean-up + Complete other duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor or maintenance technicians **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)** + Must be at least 18 years of age + Hands-on attitude and ability + Basic understanding of hand tools, landscaping and maintenance tasks + Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Able to wear personal protective equipment **Working Conditions** + Perform work in a non-climate-controlled production environment + Communicate respectfully with supervisors and fellow employees + Able to work with their arms elevated for periods up to 5 minutes at a time + Requires various visual processing (i.e., near, far, depth, color) + Must be able to work in an environment with noise at 75-decibels (25-decibel using earplugs) + Must be able to bend, stoop and crouch or kneel for up to 1 hour or be on their feet for 90% of their shift and walk up to 75% on concrete + Must be able to climb 13ft by way of 12-inch rung ladders or work platform. + Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 40lbs and carry that weight 5ft. **Relocation not available for this position** **EOE Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled | Drug-Free Workplace** _We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
