Maintenance Turnover Job Locations US-MN-Edina Requisition ID 2025-144103 Requisition Post Information* : Posted Date 20 hours ago(2/24/2025 11:19 AM) Requisition Post Information* : Posted Date Support & Facility Services Community 7500 York Cooperative Shift day Hours per 2 weeks 80 Department Plant Maintenance Responsibilities/Job Description Understands the process and timelines for refurbishing units in turnoverPerforms routine inspections, makes repairs, and documents on the vacancy of a unitSchedules and perform assigned work order requests for turnover units within a timely mannerPrepares turnover units by removing walls, cabinets, countertops and gutting closets as directed by the Refurbishing Coordinator, and when approved, as necessary, by the Board of DirectorsPerforms general repairs Qualifications

Required:

One to three years of previous experienceMust have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:
