Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Turnover to join our team at 7500 York Cooperative in Edina, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, for maintenance and updates in turnover units. This maintenance schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks Full time, Day shift No Weekends! Full Benefit Eligible: (paid time off, matching retirment monies. Responsibilities Job Description Understands the process and timelines for refurbishing units in turnover Performs routine inspections, makes repairs, and documents on the vacancy of a unit Schedules and perform assigned work order requests for turnover units within a timely manner Prepares turnover units by removing walls, cabinets, countertops and gutting closets as directed by the Refurbishing Coordinator, and when approved, as necessary, by the Board of Directors Performs general repairs Qualifications Required: One to three years of previous experience Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related Three to five years of previous experience Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
