Tile work and grouting of walls and floors, wallpapering.Assists in snaking out sewer lines, upkeep of all plumbing, toilets, sinks, water fountains, etc.Assist in upkeep of all electrical work and air conditioners.Wheelchair maintenance as needed.

Qualifications 3 years’ experience in maintenance field

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent Salary

$23.7228 per hour
