key responsibilities Painting areas of building when needed Plumbing maintenance  High physical labor, shoveling now, salt sidewalks and parking lots Be able to work on ladders and maintain outside property of business Will be providing maintenance for three (3) buildings. Lawn care of property skills Mechanical knowledge Use various equipment (snow plow, lawn mower, etc.) Basic math skills  Electrical and construction qualifications Must have valid DL, vehicle  Previous maintenance experience highly desired education

High School Diploma or GED
