Major Accounts Executive - North & Central Luzon (NCL)

Context & Main Purpose of Job

The job holder will be responsible in the over-all Major Accounts Group (MAG) Business of NCR plus Shell.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas:

Over-all MAE for North & Central LuzonCustomer Business Management across all MAG Supermarkets with focus on top chains within North & Central Luzon (MAGIC Supermarket, RCS Supermarket, Rodamel, St Joseph Drugstores etc)Budget Management, Promo & Investment ManagementField Excellence & Operations ManagementDevelops customer and channel specific plans (from ideation, sell-in, on-time and in full execution, and post-activity evaluation.).Acquire in-depth understanding of shopper, category, and market needs for the customer and channel.Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight-selling backed-up by data to ensure on-time response to market trends and needs.Ensure regular customer engagement through business reviews to further build business and relationship.Ensure omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.
