Major Accounts Group Development Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)
Context & Main Purpose of Job The job holder will be responsible in the over-all Major Accounts Group (MAG) Backend processes (complete end to end). Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas + Over-all MAG Development Specialist of Backend processes (complete end to end) + Effectively assist in the MAG Data Analytics to effectively analyze data (internal and external) and be able to provide data driven insights for growth; Lead MAG POS Data read + Lead MAG KPI Governance (MAE Scorecard, Chain Scorecard, MAG Area Scorecard) + Assist in Over-all MAG Sales Target Setting + Lead the clean-up & maintenance of MAG Universe (Weighted Chains and MAG Supermarket) + Work-with MAEs on over-all MAG Strategy execution, governance & monitoring + Assist in MAG profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation. + Maintains and oversees MAG Contracts, TTA & LTSP, Budgets etc. + MAG Scorecard Rankings & Update + Project & Program Updates + MAG Modules & Training Deck + Work-with Channels team on Perfect Store, NPI & Other Trade Marketing Channel process + Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and can negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel. + Assist in creation of TAPs, Activation Universe, NAUCAU Qualifications + Open to fresh graduates of business, process management and engineering related courses + Data drive mindset, Network and Influencing, Leadership, Collaboration, Brilliant Execution, Communication and Presentation, Order to Cash Technical Know How + Knowledge Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is ad advantage; Knows how to drive + Must be amenable for a contract based role of 12 months W e highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
