Our client, a fantastic medical non-profit organization, is seeking a direct-hire Major Gifts Coordinator to join their development team!
The Job:

Manage full-cycle fundraising, including conducting prospective research and building relationships to identify, cultivate, steward, and solicit major gifts.Manage a portfolio of 150-200 high-end donors and prospects.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including team members, leadership, board members, and volunteers to secure donations.Coordinate in-person donor/potential donor meetings and make the donation asks.Communicate directly with donors and coordinate major donor cultivation and stewardship activities.

About You:

3+ years of major gifts experience and a bachelor's degree are required.Experience and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.Hands-on experience with securing major gifts and coordinating donor stewardship is required.Previous experience working for a non-profit organization is preferred.Tech savvy with an understanding of database management and donor software programs.

About the Position:
