What success looks like in this role:
-Drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Management process. This includes ensuring that documented and standardized methods and processes are used for efficient and permanent resolution of problems identified by the Service Management Process. They must ensure that Service Management process activities are performed, identify opportunities for improvement and support audit of the use of the process on an operational level. Provides incident information to Unisys management.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
ITIL4 Certification and English.
