Position Responsibilities:  The Make Ready Center (MRC) Manager oversees the preparation of customer make-ready equipment for distribution centers across many geographic areas, managing parts, equipment inventory, and transportation logistics The MRC Manager regulates the performing of diagnostics, mechanical repairs, customer finishing, and ensures quality control on all equipment slated for customer use This position oversees equipment Key Business Indicators (KBIs), focuses on improving turnaround times, and safeguarding company assets as per internal audit guidelines You will develop an Annual Business Plan and execute it against Annual Business Plan goals and achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators as agreed to in Annual Business Plan This role executes all signed contracts with companies outside of the company and internal parties and all verbal agreements as it relates to specific performance against key accounts Additionally, you will manage equipment inventory variances, manage quality issues from sales, manage Parts inventory variances, manage Key Improvement Processes for Make Ready process, manage outside contractors to transport equipment, if applicable Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree or Technical School Certificate with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience Travel up to 50% of the time   Preferred Education and Experience:    Master’s degree Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
