Make Ready Technician Qualifications

A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record Working experience with full detail bumper to bumper inside and outside, Buffing, wax painting, and doing paint touch-ups. Bilingual: English / Spanish Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience –  2+ years of detailing experience

Please apply if you have worked as a Detailing, Automotive Technician, or Body Shop Technician.

Make Ready Technician Responsibilities 

Cleans, protects, and preserves, in detail car’s interior, compartments, exterior, and exterior parts. Responsible for any big scratches that will need to be buffed and touched up so that it is not necessary to be sent to the body shop. Will overlook for any errors or discrepancies after the car has been detailed by others. Maintains strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation Maintaining dealership quality standards
