Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking colleagues with unmatched service. **_We care for people so they can be their best_** As the Makoto General Manager, you will be responsible in supporting the efficient running of the Makoto Vail Restaurant in line with Hyatt’s international corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager- Food and Beverage, you will supervise and manage the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose. The starting salary for this position is $83,600.
