THE JOB:

As a Male Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us

THE STARTING RATE: $11.75 plus automatic gratuity

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins, and offer personalized product and service recommendations.

Help guests change into spa attire, ensuring they have all essentials—towels, robes, and slippers.

Provide outstanding service with a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest safety.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 18 years old or older.

Enjoy making guests feel comfortable and have a positive attitude.

Ensure everything is just right, from clean towels to a tidy space.

Passionate about helping guests and delivering outstanding service.

Efficiently manage duties, from helping guests to promoting services and products.

Listen to guests and provide personalized suggestions to enhance their experience.
