QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with license Preferrably with at least 3 years of wroking experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance Preferrably with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities Candidate must have good analytical ability and technical knowledge Having a Pollution Control Officer training certificate is definitely an advantage Preferrably has knowledge in Design and Autocad Candidate must be able to speak and write in English

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure compliance with the requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent rules and regulations. Monitor compliance to the requirements specifies in the Environmental Compliance Certificate Prepare and submit timely of the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) and quarterly Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required by the DENR/LLDA Ensure that the building effluent or wastewater adhere to the passing parameters set by the DENR/LLDA Ensure that the building sewage treatment plant equipment's and others are in a top condition. Monitor and ensure that the process for effluent process is strictly followed. Ensure that all equipment's of the Sewage Treatment Plant are in excellent working condition which undergoes regular Preventive Maintenance
