Assist visitors, guests and the retail employees with respect to safety, requests for directions, escorts, package transportation, lost vehicles, etc. Apply property rules and regulations in a fair and responsible manner Write daily and incident reports Intervene during medical emergencies and provide first aid Be prepared to respond to situations of crime, urgency and disturbance occurring at the mall What we’re looking for Have a valid BC Security Guard License Occupational First Aid Level 1(preferred) Availability to work days/afternoon/graveyard shifts Strong customer service skills
