**Responsibilities**
+ Capable of obtaining quality mammograms and radiographs using proper exposure, markers, and shielding, and knows how to use portable x-ray machines and c-arms.
+ Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test and prepares the patient for the procedure
+ Able to perform all Mammography exams including localizations/stereotactic biopsies, print images, and perform CAD on digital images.
+ Able to use CR reader, erase CR cassettes, send images from CR reader, and perform image manipulation as necessary.
+ Able to access PACS, review studies, and perform basic functions for image manipulations. Resolve QA issues, close studies as reviewed, burn CD’s, transfer images, and print from PACS.
+ Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
+ Maintains order, stock, and cleanliness of all areas in the department
+ Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies
**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience**
+ Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Radiologic Technology.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
**Required Licensure and Certifications**
+ Registered Technologist Mammography, RTM.
+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card, BLS-CPR.
**Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training**
+ Strong oral communications skills
+ Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people
+ Strong critical thinking skills
+ Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities

As our Mammo Tech at CHI Williston Health, you will perform a variety of routine mammography related procedures by operating x-ray equipment on designated areas.

**Pay Range**
$31.31 - $45.40 /hour
