The role you’ll contribute:

Supervises staffing for imaging and oversees departmental day-to-day activities. Supervises and coordinates imaging personnel, which includes staffing and ensures compliance with protocols

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Oversees QC, QA programs and or accrediting functions

· Delegates responsibilities to ensure quality care in the imaging department

· Ensures employee safety and attends safety/loss-control trainings and engages in injury prevention

· Performs accident and injury investigations, including conducting root cause analyses

· Participates in completing patient safety initiatives

· Responsible for managing supplies

· May develop, deploy, and maintain protocols approved by radiologist

· Assures Imaging equipment is available and in good working condition by troubleshooting and reporting findings through the hospital work order system. Operates and maintains radiology equipment in a safe manner and initiates work order request

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

Associate and 3 years experience

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists •

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
