As a Trade Support Associate, you will serve as a key liaison between third-party portfolio managers, Financial Advisors, Business, Operations, and Technology, providing essential front-line support for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting third party portfolio managers in the day-to-day aspects of the trade lifecycle. Resolving phone and e-mail inquiries regarding trading, data quality issues, application usage, and other miscellaneous items. Collaborate with Product Owners to resolve system defects. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements. Serve as a 1st point of contact for internal and external partners. Assist in identifying and mitigating business risks. Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables. Support ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow.Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a support role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn proprietary software Highly disciplined self-starter with ability to execute on assignments independently Team player who demonstrates strong work ethic and consistently exhibits a high level of professionalism Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, fast-paced, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
