Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Advanced knowledge of Windows system administration (desktop and server). Strong understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, and 365 Administration. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Scripting expertise (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN design and administration. Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills. Backup and recovery software implementation and troubleshooting expertise. Desired Skills & Experience Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace administration or development. ERP, CRM, and project management software experience. Cisco IOS and ASA knowledge. Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools experience. Linux administration skills. Knowledge of SIEM tools and IT security best practices.
