The Role
Love consulting but tired of the travel? The CRM Managed Services Consultant provides remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will work with multiple clients as a shared dedicated resource via phone and web meeting to deliver post-deployment consulting in support of ad hoc requests. This is a remote work position supporting multiple clients in a shared, dedicated capacity. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. What You'll DoConsulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirementsProviding overall application expertise and knowledgeTier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to'sAd-hoc training to educate customer administration team and enable customer to manage administration needs internallyOngoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activationCreating reports, dashboards, and list viewsAdding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchyPerforming alignmentsCreating/maintaining sandbox environments; deploying changesData imports and exports using data loading utilities Assist with the implementation of new CRM functionality and supporting platform enhancements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in this areaDirect experience in one or more of the following: Configuring CRM or SaaS based applications; software services delivery or consulting experience; Life Sciences commercial operations; Veeva softwareExcellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentationsAbility to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote capacity supporting multiple clientsNice to HaveCustomer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibilityVeeva CRM experience/knowledgeVeeva Vault platform experience/knowledgePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $60,000 - $130,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
