You’ll play an integral role in helping our clients protect their businesses by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and mitigate risks while increasing the value they derive from their cybersecurity investments.
Our Identity and Access Management Managed Services team helps organisations by designing and implementing end to end IAM programs, as well as providing ongoing operations support with continuous operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 2-5 Years
Certification(s) Preferred: Good to have certification in of SailPoint IdentityNow/ SailPoint IIQ.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates knowledge, leadership, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Extensive experience in delivering support for Identity and Access Management engagements, specifically with SailPoint IdentityNow/SailPoint IIQ.
Proficient knowledge of IAM technologies, such as user provisioning, access management, authentication.
Knowledge of IT security principles, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
Hands on experience on the Identity Management Products specially on SailPoint.
Responsible for maintaining and providing support for the SailPoint infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless operation for end users.
Proficient in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityNow /IIQ, including automation using transforms, roles, rules, and APIs.
Efficient in conducting user access reviews within SailPoint, ensuring compliance and accurate access rights management.
Experience working with a ticket management system such as Service Now.
Collaborate with the different teams and clients to deliver solutions in a
timely manner.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues, including interactions with the
technology vendor as and when needed.
Good experience in ITIL process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve access management issues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
IAM L1 Analyst Responsibilities:
Configuring, deploying, and managing the organization's IAM systems, such as user provisioning, access control, and identity federation solutions.
Managing the complete lifecycle of user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts and access rights based on organizational policies and procedures.
Implementing and enforcing access control policies, ensuring that users have appropriate access privileges based on their roles and responsibilities.
Monitoring and maintaining IAM systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies. This includes conducting regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
Investigating and resolving issues related to access management, user authentication, and authorization. This may involve working with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security incidents.
Developing and maintaining IAM-related policies, processes, and procedures, and ensuring their adherence across the organization.
Conducting user awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees on best practices for secure access management and data protection.
Collaborating with other IT teams, such as network security, system administration, and application development, to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems and processes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of IAM systems, processes, and configurations.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IAM operations.
Should have strong hands-on experience in doing RCA, Ticket Response, SLA compliance and support processes.
Good knowledge on Incident/Change/Problem management process (ServiceNow).
Should have a solid understanding of Java to support system functionalities
Should possess strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and Ruby, to automate and enhance IAM processes.
Should have good SQL knowledge and have worked on MSSQL/Oracle databases.
