In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Bridges the gap between HR and Supply Chain from an implementation standpoint. Maintain project plans and timelines for the MSP implementation project. Identify areas of risk in current process and act as a gatekeeper for configuration request or enhancement changes that introduce risk, directly or indirectly. Manage data collection internally. Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal partners, external MSP vendors, and other third-party providers. Track and report project status to management and stakeholders. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Identify and manage project risks and issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing MSP or VMS technology implementing process or functionality changes for efficient performance. Understands Industry standards for external workforce classification. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project plans and timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in English.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Previous experience working with Beeline. Previous experience with HR systems, processes and stakeholders.
