Role Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role is responsible for preparing and evaluating month-end tour-related financial packs, ensuring accurate ledger entries, and reconciling tour and ancillary income within designated timeframes. The successful candidate will drive efficiency by streamlining processes and supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and audit requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to enhance financial performance and reporting accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Tour Accounting:

Prepare month-end tour financial packs, ensuring accuracy of ledger entries and reconciliations.Analyse and report on variances between actual and forecasted tour resultsAssist in preparing, reconciling, and uploading monthly tour forecasts.Complete balance sheet reconciliations (Accruals & Deferrals report) and key metrics reporting.Coordinate artist payments, tour-related Withholding Tax, and cash float requirements.Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely updates to audit checklists.

 

Ancillary Income:

Process, forecast, and invoice loyalty and volume agreements.Conduct actual vs. forecast analysis and reconcile ancillary revenue accounts.

 

General & Ad-Hoc Duties

Assist in financial reporting improvements and process efficiencies.Support wider Finance Team initiatives as required.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-4 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
