Management Analyst
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst III** to join our team **.** This is a **remote** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management. + Researches, analyzes, drafts, and routes multiple critical documentations. + Provides subject matter expertise in program reporting requirements per Federal and Department of Navy laws and guidelines. + Provides program support such as management of meetings and action tracking to support program objectives, generating briefing materials to support leadership requirements and track corporate metrics. + The ability to travel to locations within the United States including Dahlgren, VA, Washington DC + Philadelphia, PA to support test events and meetings (up to 20%). **Minimum Qualifications:** + Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. + 12+ years of experience in analyst and/or management + 4+ years of professional experience in support of Department of Navy acquisitions programs **Preferred Qualifications:** + Direct experience supporting or working with + Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) + Civilian or military experience for the Department of Navy + Demonstrative strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and + implement innovative solutions + Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments **Clearance Requirements:** + United States Citizenship and a Top Secret Security clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to work effectively in a remote working environment. + A dedicated, quiet, and ergonomically appropriate workspace conducive to productivity. + Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods while working on a computer. + Occasional movement within the office for communication and accessing resources.
