MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST for the Regional Commander's staff of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will propose solution strategies to improve process integration. You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems. You will recommend corrective action for improving processes or procedures. You will conduct on-site discussions with operating officials to gather information for analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Exercises managerial authority in the form of coordinating, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of administrative and operating policies, regulations, communications, and procedures; 2) Develops and provides briefings and reports to leadership and other stakeholders; 3) Analyzes and interprets new or proposed policies and directives; and 4) Develops and evaluates alternative tools for program evaluation and cost-benefit analysis in order to perform consistent, continuing, effective assessment.
