Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the N7 Department of CWG-SIX. You will serve as the activities Administrative Specialist (N1) as a direct report to the Executive Officer, and team lead for an administrative staff that manages and oversees various command programs. Responsibilities You will serve as the Activity's Administrative Specialist (N1) as a direct report to the Executive Officer. You will provide status, and accountability reports to the CWG-6 N1 on completion of tracking and reporting response to annual Navy-wide personnel accountability exercises to muster 100% of assigned personnel and their dependents. You will serve as the subject matter expert for administrative policy and procedural guidance to senior leadership and respond to various inquiries regarding Navy and command policies on personnel administration. You will access and utilizes a variety of Navy-wide databases and websites in the performance of duties. You will provide administrative guidance and tasking to a diverse workforce, plan and execute programs, and translate guidance into actionable priorities and objectives. You will advise the Activity Commanding Officer of inconsistences and recommended actions in consonance with applicable directives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating the efforts of a team of administrative professionals in solving organizational problems to improve organizational processes and mission effectiveness. Interpreting new and established policies, directives, instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for impact on program objectives or work operations. Drafting and editing military evaluations, awards, general correspondence, memos, and publications for command distribution. Communicating and coordinating with various agency entities regarding military orders, check in/out, special duty screenings, travel, transfers, retirements, separations, security clearance status, joint awards, evaluation input, and best practices. Accessing and utilizing a variety of agency-wide databases and websites to provide status and accountability reports, administrative guidance and tasking to a workforce.
