MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the G-1 Training Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will serve as a Training Command Civilian Personnel Liaison Coordinator for personnel issues and provide advisory service to staff officers and subordinate commands. You will provide referral services to appropriate personnel for matters related to employee labor relations, payroll, and benefits. You will plan and conduct management analyses on manpower utilization and resources. You will prepare all internal and external documentation necessary to execute hiring actions. You will review performance appraisals. You will gather, analyze and evaluate information concerning civilian personnel processes and will interpret and analyze a variety of statistical data. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advisory services, planning and conducting management analyses on manpower utilization, and reviewing and analyzing documentation of administrative procedures. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating civilian actions for subordinate commands, executing personnel matters (e.g. position descriptions, performance plans, appraisals), and identifying administrative issues.
