The Management Analyst is responsible for collaborating with top-level managers and executives to define overall goals and objectives for projects. This role will prepare recommendations for resource requirements to accomplish projects and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain necessary resources and support. The Management Analyst will develop project plans and establish systems for review, control, and reporting, as well as prepare agency directives, memoranda, policy statements, and other written guidelines and recommendations related to projects. Additionally, this position will coordinate the impact of projects with employees, managers in all affected areas, and external individuals and organizations. The Management Analyst will represent the program office's interests and endeavors for assigned projects, acting as the resident expert relating to all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation. **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Minimum of 1 year of specialized experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and evaluating complex mission-oriented programs and projects + Experience in developing project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones involving complex programs, systems, or issues of critical importance to the organization + Proven ability to assess project progress, conduct briefings, and prepare comprehensive reports with solutions and recommendations for top-level managers and executives **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices + Expertise in resource planning, budgeting, and negotiation + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, directives, and presentations + Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels + Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities + Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities + Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) **Desired Skills and Competencies:** + Experience working with U.S. federal government agencies or international organizations + Knowledge of program evaluation and performance measurement frameworks + Understanding of change management principles and strategies + Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, if required + The Management Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting organizational goals, driving project success, and optimizing resource utilization through effective management analysis, strategic planning, and expert advisory services. **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
