Management Analyst II
Description: First Division Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to provide program management financial and reporting support. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and modify Excel spreadsheets and support financial management and program reporting requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures and processes. The contractor shall: + Provide comprehensive program management financial and reporting support. + Create and modify Excel spreadsheets to support financial management and program reporting requirements. + Ensure compliance with FAR procedures and processes. + Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data. + Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review. + Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans. Requirements + ·Active DoD Secret clearance. + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline. + A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management support roles for Department of Defense (DoD) programs of record. + Strong knowledge of FAR procedures and processes. + Proficiency in creating and modifying Excel spreadsheets. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements: + While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. + Light to moderate lifting may be required. + Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
