At CGI Federal we call our professionals “partners” to reinforce that all who join our team are owners and empowered to participate in the challenges and rewards that come from building a world-class company. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** The Management Analyst III position within the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Mail and Print Unit (MPU) will perform the following tasks: • Develop the capability of the MPU to establish multi-dimensional analyses that identify relationships and trends not previously understood to help surface potential risks as well as new opportunities for cost recovery and/or avoidance. • Perform basic quantitative and qualitative analysis of data; suggests and develops basic reporting solutions and analytic methodologies for improved data collection; mines data from primary and secondary sources; cleans and prunes data to discard irrelevant information; pinpoints trends, correlations, and patterns in semi-complicated data sets for MPU leadership. • Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques; provides concise data reports and clear data visualization for MPU leadership. • Execute monthly performance reporting to provide MPU leadership with an overview of how well the MPU is supporting ICE field location mail-related operations as well as ICE headquarters mail-related operations. • Perform robust analyses of MPU data utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Specifically, these analyses will typically necessitate the use of any one or more of the following: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Sorting/Filtering, Basic Math, Mixed Type Charts, and Report Generation. • Work with the Senior Management Analyst and management to gather reporting requirements, translate requirements into high quality automated reports, dashboards, and analyses using various technologies, including advanced Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint and/or other analytical tools. • Provide reporting and analytic support as requested by the MPU Unit Chief (or their designee) to a variety of potentially recurring and/or rapid turnaround data calls that are difficult to plan for and often disruptive to daily operations. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Must be able to obtain DOJ MRPT clearance and ICE Suitability Clearance before entering on duty to perform work at ICE locations. • Duty hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. • Overtime must be requested and approved in advance of performance by the DOJ/ICE COR's. • Must have an ICE Suitability Clearance before entering on duty to perform work at ICE locations. • Required to communicate effectively orally and in writing using the English language and ability to read, interpret, and apply Federal policy, directives, and regulations. • Must have excellent written and interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member. • Must possess extensive experience with various software is essential, i.e., Windows, Adobe, MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word), SharePoint 365, MS Project, and Visio. • Must possess experience with SharePoint 365 office process automation, i.e. Power Automate, PowerApps, and Teams. • Prepare draft point papers, white papers, transition plans, action plans, briefings, and PowerPoint presentation. • Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • May be required to drive a government vehicle and is required to have a valid driver’s license. • May be required to periodically travel to ICE nationwide field offices in performance of duties. • Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree. Hourly Rate: $39.62/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
