Identifies and analyzes issues, problems, and challenges facing management. Interprets findings resulting from studies and drafts possible courses of action for resolving them; draws tentative conclusions based on relevant facts; and proposes solutions to management. Assists managers and program officials in determining steps or actions to betaken to accomplish work in adherence to requirements Requirements Conditions of Employment Due to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) process enhancement to use Shared Certificates throughout the Agency, some of the requirements below may differ: US Citizenship is required. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level, which must include the following experience in identifying, analyzing, and making recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations in program operations. OR Have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a degree or LL.M. if related.
