Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Department of Defense Protection Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Responsibilities Coordinate with members on the multi-disciplinary prevention team. Serve as the senior educator for integrated primary prevention across the organization. Apply public health model to advise on prevention workforce implementation. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: evaluate all Prevention Workforce efforts and training; measure and improve human services program effectiveness and productivity and make recommendations for program improvement; produce reports and analyze data to inform the implementation of the Integrated Primary Prevention Program; advise high-ranking officials on decisions and other matters relating to the work of the directorates Primary Prevention Program Management efforts.
