As a management assistant, you support the Divisional President and the Divisional management team in organizational and administrative tasks. Furthermore, you propose and initiate improvements in order to increase efficiency and you will collaborate and network with the other assistants on-site and globally to ensure alignment, best interaction and excellent planning.
Main tasks:
You schedule and organize meetings and conference callsYou coordinate and organize travel plans, hotels and car servicesYou prepare time and expense reportsYou follow up on invoicingYou arrange visits from external staff, customers or suppliersYou have regular international contacts with employees from different branches worldwideYou are part of the Divisional team, you contribute as a team member on the discussions, organize the agenda, practical arrangements and the meeting minutesYou prepare the Team’s calendar of the Divisional teams scheduling trainings, summits, workshops and team travels, avoiding conflicts and optimizing efficiency for the entire teamYou align, facilitate, document, update and communicate practical procedures for organizational challenges to ensure a smooth procedureYou work closely together with fellow management assistants in the Business Area and Divisions

You are fluent in EnglishOffice 365 has no secrets for you (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experienceCompetences
