What You Will Do:

As a Guidehouse consultant, you will be supporting our clients to improve efficiency and operations, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. As a consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams and support client management, solution implementation, and generation of project results. This includes:

Identifying and proactively addressing client needs by presenting potential solutions to challenges or issuesConducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis.Preparing and communicating well-organized reports and presentations to client and internal executives.Supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.Participates in compliance monitoring, audit, and other program assessment activitiesEnsures timely triage, response & resolution to identified issues; provides responses to participant inquiriesSupport outgoing communication, audit documentation and remedial actions developmentDevelop high-quality presentations which effectively communicate key objectives and facilitate discussion across multiple stakeholdersDevelop and ensure quality deliverablesMaintain security and privacy of all data handled


What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2+ years of consulting experience


What Would Be Nice to Have:

Ability to complete quality reviews of assigned tasksStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverablesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Ability to identify and address client needsProficiency in the full Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelDemonstrated critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with othersAbility to organize, perform, and track multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentAudit background with knowledge of workpaper preparationAbility to reach conclusions based on audit evidence Knowledge of various audit methods including public sector auditing (e.g., performance, compliance Single Act audits)Demonstrates familiarity with MHSDemonstrates proven abilities to work successfully as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; providing guidance, clarification, and feedback to others

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
